OVERCOMING CHALLENGES AND ROADBLOCKS
This chapter identifies important issues that can present challenges to the success of internal consultants. We’ll look at four types of challenges: external, organizational, interpersonal, and intrapersonal. External challenges occur in the larger ecosystem. Environmental, social, technological, competitive, and macroeconomic issues, among others have an effect on the organization and often directly on the work of the internal consultant.
