IMPLEMENTATION
Implementation is the action phase in which you and your client take the steps to create the outcomes you envisioned. The intervention began with the contact phase of the consulting process in chapter 5. All of the earlier phases laid the foundation for the success of implementation. The consulting process is not a lockstep process; for some interventions, such as team development or coaching, the feedback and alignment phases may be included in the implementation phase.
