THE PROMOTER’S PRODUCTION MANAGER
The promoter’s production manager generally works within one city and handles all the local production requirements for the promoter.
The contract rider contains all details that pertain to the show. It details number of crew members required and when they are needed, stage size, rigging points, catering, and other specific requirements. Figure 3–1 shows a production checklist that covers most common requirements. I have used this list in various formats for a number of years to keep track of what and whom I have booked.
