Ruwantissa Abeyratne is Co-Ordinator, Air Transport Programs at the International Civil Aviation Organization and Chairman, Advisory Joint Appeals Board of the Organization. He is also Professor of Aeropolitical Law and Policy at Concordia University, Montreal. Dr. Abeyratne holds the degrees DCL from McGill University, PhD from the University of Colombo, LLM from Monash University, Victoria, Australia, and LLB from the University of Colombo.
