This section of the book focuses on the experience of being a collaborative leader and some of the challenges that have to be faced in today’s business environment.

We have distilled the lessons from ten years’ experience working with many collaborative leaders (successful and unsuccessful) to help you accelerate your own development and to avoid some of the pitfalls.
