Introduction
This chapter builds upon the contents of the earlier chapters to address client and service provider challenges and make a set of detailed recommendations for both clients and service providers at key stages during the life cycle of their service relationship. The objective is to enable clients and service providers to achieve successful and sustainable joint innovation by design.
The recommendations have been split into four parts.
