Proof Points

Introduction

The previous chapter described a structured approach for achieving innovation by design as part of a collaborative relationship between a client and service provider, including use of a real-life example that spanned across the suggested steps for Joint Innovation Management and Execution. This chapter provides further examples and proof points of joint innovation activities between clients and service providers. All are based on real examples, although the identities of the clients and service providers have been anonymized.
