CREATING BUTTONS AND SCREENS ON THE STORYBOARD
The BirthdayTracker app helps you keep track of your friends’ birthdays by letting you save birthdays into a list and pinging you with reminders. We will be building this app over the next five chapters. In this chapter, we’ll show you how to set up the parts of the app that the user sees.
We’ll make two screens: one that displays the list of birthdays and one that lets you add a person’s name and birthday to the list. Then, in Chapters 10 to 13, we’ll show you how to take user input, display birthdays onscreen, save the birthdays, and ping the user with a notification when it’s someone’s birthday. ...
