Appendix 13The New Cindynics Concepts Training Course
The lessons learned from the work carried out within the framework of the “Cindynics for All Working and Reflection Group” led to the improvement of the cindynics concepts training course, intended to spread the power of these concepts within the science of danger.
This twelve-hour program has been divided into three sessions:
- – the importance of cindynics;
- – process, method and tools;
- – fields of use;
- – practice: theory followed by a case study.
The case study is assessed according to seven deliverables:
- – system definition and activity situation;
- – selecting the concerned and relevant actors;
- – characterizing these actors through their visible behavior in reference to expected behavior;
- – identifying the dreaded dangers at the global level of the organism;
- – identifying the dreaded dangers at the level of groups of actors;
- – identifying the dreaded dangers at the level of each actor;
- – developing an action plan to reduce the various vulnerabilities of the organism.
At the end of this course, participants are invited to study a case that has occurred in their own organisation in order to help them better understand how the concepts of cindynics can help.
