ad0 The default anomaly detection policy.

administrator The user role for the Cisco IPS Sensor Software that has the highest level of privileges. The administrator role has unrestricted view access and can perform enabling and disabling of physical interfaces, assigning physical monitoring interfaces to a virtual sensor, modifying sensor address configuration, adding and deleting users and modifying passwords, modifying the list of hosts allowed to connect to the sensor, tuning signatures, and managing blocking devices.

anomaly The deviation from the common rule, baseline, or norm.

anomaly detection Identifies individual scanners on the network and can identify whether multiple devices are infected with a worm.
