Step 9—Revise the Plan
At this stage of the disentanglement process, most of the pieces are in place. But before the project can be restarted, the pieces must be combined into a formal plan and the missing parts filled in. Then, after approval of the revised plan, the project will duly emerge from catastrophe status and the team can prepare to resume development (though there will still remain one more disentanglement step before the process is complete).
