Preface
I started my legal career advising on the drafting of a California climate change regulation aimed at curbing global greenhouse gas emissions. After recently finishing UCLA School of Law and a Fulbright Scholarship, I moved to California’s capital, Sacramento. There I clerked at the California Air Resources Board, where I helped the agency exercise its rulemaking authority as envisioned under the Global Warming Solutions Act.
