ESSENTIAL MODES AND SETTINGS

SHOOTING MODES

Rotate the Mode dial to select the desired Shooting mode.

A+ (Scene Intelligent Auto): The camera assesses the scene and sets the optimum settings automatically. It will even adjust the focus on both still and moving subjects.

Fv (Flexible-Priority AE): Shutter speed, aperture, and ISO are all set automatically, then you can change one, two, or all three settings to get the desired exposure. The settings you don’t change will automatically be adjusted by the camera.

P (Program AE): The camera sets the shutter speed and aperture based on metering info and current ISO.
