Now for the next pieces in the puzzle: determining what behaviors lead to success in what cybersecurity roles and setting up corresponding behavioral interviews. The purpose of the behavioral interview question sets is to cause the candidate to think, to dig, and to reveal behavioral characteristics which will predict actual future behavior in the workplace.
