Project Management Stages
As mentioned earlier, four major stages are involved in delivering the results of a whole project, a phase of a process renewal project, or even a small deliverable. Each concept applies to everything deliverable and everyone delivering or accepting:
Initiating (defining the work)
Planning (planning the work)
Controlling and Improving (working the plan)
Accepting (accepting the work)
