ABOUT THE AUTHORS
Catherine O’Sullivan currently manages a portfolio career in health and care workforce development, with a particular interest in leadership and innovation. She works part-time at the medical school of the University of Leeds and at the University of York, and for two statutory regulators.
Prior to that, she established and led the Thames Valley Health Innovation and Education Cluster known as The Knowledge Team, securing its legacy as a major catalyst for change and improvement across the NHS in the Thames Valley region.
