Francesco Caputo (PhD) is a Research Fellow at the Department of Pharmacy, University of Salerno, Italy. His main research interests include but are not limited to complexity, knowledge management, healthcare management, network theory, corporate communication, strategy, and systems thinking. He is member of the Editorial Boards of several international journals and he serves as reviewer for several journals. He is Secretary of the ASVSA, Association for research on Viable Systems (www.asvsa.org).
