CHAPTER 2 described four strategies for getting your writing project started. Each strategy will produce an organized set of ideas or topics that you’ll want to address. Scoping the project, also covered in chapter 2, will place boundaries around those ideas and topics, assuring that the breadth and depth of your writing is appropriate for your audience and for your intended purpose.
