2 THE BREADTH AND DEPTH OF THE BA ROLE
As described in Chapter 1, the discipline of business analysis (and therefore the role of the BA) is very broad and varied. It can involve up-front strategic analysis, pre-project problem analysis, requirements work, and can continue until after a change has been implemented and benefits have been realised. This variety means that practitioners often get exposure to a wide range of projects, tasks and stakeholders.
