As you know, I didn’t give you any specific tools in this book. I’m also not providing a self-assessment that gives you some sort of arbitrary score. I’m not sure that there’s any value to finding out that you scored a 58, or a 73, or an 88—are those scores good or bad? And what should you do next?
Instead, I’ve constructed a self-assessment that will force you to think and reflect on how you and your organization currently operate with respect to the six principles I’ve identified.
