About the Authors
Nikhilesh Krishnamurthy has been managing software projects and consulting practices for over 25 years, working on MRP II, CRM, and other systems. He began his career with computer-aided design programs and then went on to the design and development of a comprehensive MRP II system. After many years of product development, he moved to the consulting field and managed consulting practices delivering custom applications. He is currently working with a large services company in the San Francisco Bay area, managing some of their business intelligence and information applications. He has a master’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from the University of Illinois.
