Project Issues Resolution Process
The purpose of the issues resolution process is to identify, assign, track, and report project issues until they are resolved. An issue should be formalized and documented whenever a question or problem cannot be answered or resolved by the originator within a 24-hour period. Any project stakeholder can be an issue originator by completing an Issues Resolution Request Form and submitting it to the person assigned to administrate the issues resolution process. The issues administrator updates the Issues Log, which is reviewed by the project manager and selected members of the team on a weekly basis.
