Introduction
Content is the heart and soul of any repository program. Without interesting, carefully curated collections, the repository program’s success will be limited. Fortunately, all institutions have access to a seemingly unlimited mass of potential content. It is the role of the repository steering committee and the repository coordinator to seek out potential content owners and build relationships with partners.
