Chapter 3Adding Content Sections

Hugo is designed to help you get your content in front of people quickly. Hugo has a few rules and conventions about how it handles collections of content, and understanding them will let you add and manage entire content sections to your site quickly.

In this chapter, you’ll build a “projects” section of the site that showcases things you’ve accomplished. You’ll create a custom layout for projects so they’re visually distinct from the other pieces of your site, and you’ll use Hugo’s archetypes feature to create a content template so you can create new project pages quickly.

Let’s start with that content template.
