The preparation you’ve been working so hard on—to this point, preparing yourselves, and then setting the parameters of your mentoring relationship—position you and your partner for success.

This next phase offers a tremendous opportunity for learning and development, yet it is also when mentoring partnerships become most vulnerable to derailment because it requires the biggest investment of time, energy, and sustained momentum in order to see results.
