Toggling Cyclic to close your curve

Once you are satisfied, you will want to close your curve so it is a solid outline of our profile. An easy way to do that is to use the Toggle Cyclic feature. The steps are:

  1. If necessary, switch to Edit Mode.
  2. Click the Tools tab in the Tool Shelf on the left side of your screen.
  3. Under the Curves Tools section, look for Curves and click the Toggle Cyclic button. Alternatively, you can hold down Alt + C as a shortcut.
  4. This will connect the two open control points of your curve. Like any other curve section, you can adjust the handles to get the shape you desire:
