EACH AND EVERY one of us represents the continuation of a legacy, or, in fact, a countless number of legacies. Our family members who have passed away have left a treasured and timeless legacy that lives on within us.
The Founding Fathers of the United States left a tremendous and, at times, tumultuous legacy that dates back to the days of Plymouth Rock. Our Black ancestors have left a triumphant and trailblazing legacy that dates back to Ancient Africa. One cannot help but acknowledge that we are the fruit of the labor of generations and generations that came before us and left their legacy.
