Is the client suitable and willing to adopt BIM?
This is another question of scale. The one-off small domestic client will probably not need to be aware of the processes that have to be gone through and the information that has to be produced to achieve the result they want. However, all other clients outside the one-off domestic market might benefit to differing extents from a BIM approach. Many will not understand what it is, what they have to do to achieve advantage or indeed how to participate in a team that uses BIM techniques.
