This was a very difficult book to write. I underestimated the scope of the project. I underestimated the learning curve to master each program, and I underestimated the time it would take to pull it all together. I also underestimated how it would impact the lives of those around me. First and foremost, I must thank my wife, Janet. She always supports me in these projects, no matter how hard it is on her; she always recognizes the importance, tells me to go for it, and makes sure that I get it done. We have two young children: Charlotte and Isabella.
