Forgebank is an eco co-housing development consisting of 41 homes, shared buildings, a low-carbon workspace and riverside woodland habitat. It aspires to be a cutting-edge example of sustainable ‘eco’ design, for both living and working, and to foster a neighbourly, inter-generational community.
