In this chapter, I introduce and explore the fundamental concepts that are crucial to AI.

It is very important to closely study these concepts to gain an appreciation and understanding of how AI functions at its most rudimentary level. It would indeed be difficult to proceed with more advanced AI projects without first doing this initial study. I only cover the concepts necessary to understand the projects in this book.
