Many people shoot their first projects on a digital camera or smartphone that records the picture and the sound together. That way, when they play what they’ve shot, their picture and sound plays perfectly in sync. What’s great about this is the simplicity—one device does everything. However, these devices usually do a great job of recording images, but the sound runs from acceptable to terrible.
