Introduction
Will artificial intelligence (AI) take over all of our jobs and create a world where we no longer have to think for ourselves? Although this may seem preposterous, there are many scientists, professors, and futurists who believe that we as humans are replaceable by machines. Our view is that we have reached a turning point in how intelligent machines can automate well-defined tasks—even as the underlying data changes. But machine intelligence is also driving the transformation of business processes, changing how work gets done.
