No matter where you are in the world, the expectation of learning and development is the same. When I asked Zhang Yuzhen, one of my clients and president of Sinopec Shengli Training, “Is training valued in Sinopec?” he started with a look of surprise as if he couldn’t believe I’d asked the question.
