Once the WHY, WHO, WHAT, WHEN and HOW aspects have been considered, they need to be collated with other documents to form professional services contracts (appointments) and/or Building Contracts. This chapter considers the commonly used contracts and some of the additional factors that must be taken into account if these various contracts are to be compatible on a particular project.
