Some Mock Interviews

Before venturing out on any interview, whether you have done this numerous times before or never before, you should prepare for the interview by doing mock interviews with friends, teachers, or colleagues. The following interviews resemble mock interviews that I have done over the years. Review them. Examine each to see if they become conversations, not a one-sided grilling. Does the candidate respond well and encourage a dialogue with appropriate questions? Does the candidate appear to be arrogant or contentious? Do the candidate and interviewer seem to be equals?
