Asking and answering questions are, of course, the heart of the job interview. All job candidates fret over how they will answer tough questions. In many ways, answering the hardest questions is about the way you answer them, not necessarily what you answer. According to a Harvard Business Review article, employers are looking for two thing in an employee, warmth and competence1.
