Contrary to media hype, artificial intelligence has just begun innovating human processes. A huge amount of work remains to be done. To achieve progress, everybody must get involved, as shown in this chapter. Even if Google, Amazon, Microsoft, IBM, and others offer a solution, it does not mean it cannot be improved by third parties as add-ons to existing solutions or new standalone products.
