ARE YOU READY TO AMASS YOUR OWN ARMY OF ENTREPRENEURS? Ask yourself the following ten questions.
1. Have you read up on recent trends? It’s helpful to immerse yourself in current management theory. It will give you a foundation for your efforts and confidence that you are doing the right thing.
2. Do you have support for your cause? Surround yourself with a team that believes in the model and wants to help you make it succeed.
3. Are you being true to yourself? If you don’t believe it, if you cannot visualize it, and if you can’t commit to it, you should not do it.
