The Practice

Great leadership is an ongoing process, but more importantly, it is an evolutionary process, as mentioned in Concluding the First Stage section. Many great leaders will acknowledge their failures and successes during this evolutionary process and have learned many lessons along the way. One important lesson that seems to be echoed by many leaders is the ability to be strategic in all forms of leadership, and not necessarily be limited to operational strategies, especially when it pertains to relating to human beings.
