Lesson 1. Install OS X Yosemite
Every Mac computer has some version of OS X preinstalled when it’s built, usually the latest available at the time. Thus, every Mac will at some point need a later version of the operating system to provide the latest features and updates, and because OS X Yosemite is free, anyone can upgrade at no cost. This lesson guides you through both upgrading an existing system and performing a new installation. It also includes troubleshooting issues that may arise during these processes.
