PROJECT 2 FLOWER
Flowers are one of my favorite subjects. When I was seven years old, my family moved from a flat in the city to a house in the countryside with a huge, wild garden full of trees and flowers. I remember that the peonies were just blooming, creating an extraordinary explosion of red and pink petals. Now that I live in Paris, there is no greater pleasure for me than to bring home an armful of fresh blooms from the flower market.
Flowers are a wonderful subject for a painting, whether you take inspiration from nature or your own imagination.
