As well as avoiding being ‘tribal’, I would recommend not being ‘a loner’. Completing a training course and achieving the certification is just the first step on the journey, not the final one.
When you return from training, everything you’ve learned will be fresh in your mind. When you achieve your passing mark is when you are most enthused. Take this energy and harness it to begin the next steps in improving yourself and the digital services you deliver.
