Tony D. Thelen is the Chief Product Officer for John Deere Financial. His 34-year career includes a wide variety of leadership roles spanning manufacturing, sales, marketing, operations, technology, strategy, and finance. Tony is a certified executive coach from the Neuro Leadership Institute, a member of the International Federation of Coaching, and an affiliate of the Institute of Coaching and Co-Active Training Institute. Tony holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Iowa State University, an MBA from the University of Northern Iowa, and a postgraduate diploma in strategy and innovation from Oxford University.
