Scrum is a process framework used to manage work on complex products. Scrum facilitates processes and the framework is made up of a Scrum team, individual roles, events, artifacts, and rules.
In this course, you will learn about the principles of Agile and Scrum how it is implemented worldwide. You will learn to complete projects more efficiently and cost-effectively and to eliminate risks and also be flexible to make changes as and when required. You will inculcate teamwork and the importance of aligning IT with business. You will develop skills required to build and manage teams, manage time, analytical and critical thinking. The course covers the concepts of the Agile Manifesto, self-organization and collaboration, timeboxing, and iterative development.
You will create a Scrum master and define various roles of a Scrum team. You will delegate authority and responsibilities to each role. You will learn about a Sprint and how to plan and implement a Sprint. You will understand product backlogs and plan daily Scrum needs. You will generate reviews and understand the Sprint retrospective. You will monitor the progress toward goals and develop action plans.
At the end of the course, you will garner advanced Scrum skills and independently handle any type of project. You will successfully create a Scrum team and run a Scrum cycle. You will plan Sprints and reviews and retrospectives and be able to monitor the Scrum goals.
