6 Audio Effects & Mastering

So far, we’ve largely been ignoring audio. This is in part due to the fact that audio clips are often treated very similarly to video clips in terms of adding to the timeline, editing, and adding effects and transitions. In this chapter, we’ll look at the attributes that are unique to audio. We’ll also touch on some techniques for mastering, which is the process of making audio sound as good as it possibly can.
