Logging Footage with Markers
Markers are little flags either on your clips or in the timeline. At the very least, they can be used as bookmarks for important sections, but they can also hold notes.
Open the Project
First, let’s open the project.
- Open up the Lesson 3 folder and go to Interview > 05_Project > Interview.proj.
In it, you’ll see two bins: an empty one for Sequences, and one for Video, which contains a single video clip, P1080058.MOV.
Create a Sequence from a Clip
We’re going to skip the Source Monitor this time and just create a sequence with the entirety of this clip.
