Let me address the obvious: no one gains any success entirely on their own. For me, there are too many people to thank, though all of them deserve my gratitude. But, for the sake of brevity, I will restrict myself to just a few.

Decades ago, while at university, several of my professors saw how much I enjoyed tutoring other students and noted that the tutoring appeared successful. It was then that I was given the opportunity to teach a few classes and discover the joy of the curriculum-building puzzle. I remember those mentors fondly.
