Eclipse
ColdFusion 8 comes with Eclipse plug-in extensions. Obviously, to use these, Eclipse must be installed.
If you already have Eclipse 3.1 or later installed (perhaps because you are using Adobe Flex Builder), then you can install the ColdFusion extensions in that same Eclipse installation.
If you do not have Eclipse installed, then you will need to download a copy from http://www.eclipse.org/ (or any of the many other distribution locations).
You will likely also want to install the community-created CFEclipse plug-in, which can be found at http://www.cfeclipse.org/.
And finally, you will want to install the ColdFusion Eclipse extensions, which can be downloaded from Adobe. These are distributed as an Eclipse archive (a special ZIP file). ...
