Cathy A. Enz is the Lewis G. Schaeneman Jr. Professor of Innovation and Dynamic Management and a professor in strategy at the Cornell School of Hotel Administration. She served as the school’s associate dean for industry research and affairs and was executive director of the Center for Hospitality Research from 2000 to 2003. Enz has published over 100 journal articles, book chapters, and 4 books in the area of strategic management.
